El lockout patronal de la industria surotapera a la ciutat de Palafrugell de l'any 1919: un exemple de la lluita de classes al Baix Empordà a través del periòdic Acción Social Obrera

    The present work proposes a revision of the chronicles collected from the newspaper Acción social Obrera (Palafrugell -Sant Feliu de Guíxols), in reference to the closure of factories (lokout) that starred the employer surotapera of the city of Palafrugell in 1919 during seventeen weeks. Similarly, the analysis will focus on the growing organization of the working class in the National Labor Confederation (CNT) following the Regional Congress of Saints (1918) and the National Congress of Comedy Theater (1919) and, in return, the organizational response of the Catalan employers as a result of the celebration of the II Employers' Congress of Barcelona (1919), which will lead to a new lockout at the end of the same year

    En el present treball es proposa una revisió de les cròniques recollides del periòdic Acción social Obrera (Palafrugell -Sant Feliu de Guíxols), en referència al tancament de fàbriques (lokout) que protagonitzà la patronal surotapera de la ciutat de Palafrugell l'any 1919 durant disset setmanes. De la mateixa manera, se centrarà l'anàlisi en la creixent organització de la classe treballadora en la Confederació Nacional del Treball (CNT) arran del Congrés Regional de Sants (1918) i el Congrés Nacional del Teatre de la Comedia (1919) i, com a contrapartida, la resposta organitzativa de la patronal catalana arran de la celebració del II Congrès Patronal dde Barcelona (1919), que conduirà a un nou lockout a finals del mateix any.
