Resumen de Ciudadanas de primera y segunda clase. Acercamiento al femicidio en guerrero y la jerarquización en el acceso a la justicia

Este texto tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre el estatus de ciudadanía de las víctimas de feminicidio en Guerrero, de las cuales se ha identificado la existencia de dos tipos: ciudadanas de primera clase y ciudadanas de segunda clase. La referencia empírica de este trabajo es la situación del feminicidio en Guerrero, y se toman como fuente de información los casos de feminicidio que aparecen en los tres periódicos más importantes de circulación estatal (El Sol, Novedades y el Sur Acapulco), en los años de 2005 a 2009. En el primer grupo se ubican las víctimas de feminicidio a las que se les procura e imparte justicia y en el segundo se encuentran las mujeres precarias, cuyas muertes se caracterizan por la impunidad ya que son invisibles socialmente y ante las instituciones del Estado, que, además, son precarias materialmente.

This text has like objective to reflect on the citizenship status of femicide victims in Guerrero, of which it has being identified the existence of two types: first class citizens and second class citizens. The Empirical Reference of this work is the situation of femicide in Guerrero, and are taken as source of information cases of femicide that appear on the three most important newspapers of state circulation(El Sol, Novedades and the Sur Acapulco) in the years of 2005 to 2009. In the first group are located the victims of femicide to which procure and impart justice and in the second are the precarious women whose deaths itself characterized by impunity because they are socially invisible and in front of state Institutions, which in addition, are materially precarious.
