Resumen de El principio de relatividad de las sentencias y la fórmula Otero

La llamada fórmula Otero se puede considerar, para el mundo jurídico mexicano, como la teoría de la relatividad para el mundo de la física. Ésta transitó del siglo XIX al siglo XX de manera pacífica y sin modificaciones. En este trabajo, se cuestiona y analiza esta fórmula, y se explican las paradojas que conlleva ésta, por ejemplo porqué durante el siglo XXI se dio el efecto colateral de las sentencias y la procedencia del amparo a pesar de las múltiples reformas constitucionales en esta materia.

The so-called “Otero formula” can be considered for the Mexican legal world, as the theory of relativity for the world of physics. It went from the nineteenth century to the twentieth century in a peaceful way and without modifications. In this work, this formula is questioned and analyzed, and the paradoxes that it implies are explained. For example, why is it that during the 21st century the collateral effect of the sentences and the origin of the legal support occurred despite the multiple constitutional reforms in that matter.
