La casa Enríquez Barrios en Jesús María nº1: el proyecto de Aníbal González para la ciudad de Córdoba

    El presente trabajo pretende abordar la figura de Aníbal González Álvarez-Ossorio, sin duda, una de las más señeras de la arquitectura contemporánea sevillana, gracias a la cual se transformó para siempre la imagen de la ciudad. Sin embargo, su influencia no se reduce únicamente al panorama hispalense, ya que sus proyectos se extienden por toda la geografía andaluza. Córdoba, en su proceso de transformación urbanística, iniciado a finales del siglo XIX y principios del siglo XX, quiso contar con al menos una obra de tan insigne arquitecto: la Casa Enríquez Barrios. Esta vivienda se enmarca en un proceso de modernización de la urbe, que tuvo a la Plaza de las Tendillas como epicentro.

    Como aspecto a destacar en esta investigación, se ha podido recuperar un dibujo inédito del artista, perteneciente al proyecto original del edificio analizado.

    The present work seeks to address the figure of Aníbal González Álvarez-Ossorio, without a doubt, one of the most outstanding contemporary architecture in Seville, thanks to which the image of the city was transformed forever. However, its influence is not limited to the Spanish panorama, as its projects extend throughout the Andalusian geography. Cordoba, in its process of urban transformation, begun at the end of the 19th century and beginning of the 20th century, wanted to have at least one work by such an outstanding architect: the Enríquez Barrios House. This house is part of a process of modernization of the city, which had the Plaza de las Tendillas as its epicenter. As an aspect to be highlighted in this research, it has been possible to recover an unpublished drawing by the artist, belonging to the original project of the analysed building.
