  La exposición retrospectiva de la obra de Josep M. Miró Rosinach, ideada en el marco del décimo aniversario de su traspaso (2007-2017), se desarrollo entre los años 2018 y 2019. También tenian que realizarse actividades durante la primavera del 2020, pero han sido aplazadas por la COVID-19. La finalidad de esta exposición fue dar a conocer a un artista reconocido en Barcelona y practicamente desconocido en la actual comarca de l'Urgell y en la Segarra, y que, por parte de los críticos de arte de la época, recibió el nombre de "el pintor de La Segarra". Miró fue un reconocido artista polifacético del expresionismo catalán y, posteriormente, un reconocido fotógrafo del Museo Nacional de Arqueologia de Cataluña y un innovador estudioso en el campo de la historia medieval.

  La obra de Miró Rosinach es diversa y está llena de matices rurales. fue un artista que cutivó varios campos: pintura expresionista, figurativa y paisajistica; grabados al agua fuerte y punta seca, dibujo de la figura humana y paisajistico de la Segarra rural; pintura religiosa expresionista de fuerte dramatismo; artes gráficas y grafismo; fotografia artística y etnogràfica; y fotografia científica de temática medieval y d eelementos arquetípicos y amtiguos de la religiosidad ancestral del mundo rural.   The retrospective exhibition of the work of Josep M. Miró Rosinach, conceived within the framework of the tenth anniversary of his transfer (2007-2017), took place between 2018 and 2019. There were also activities to be carried out during the spring of 2020, but have been postponed by COVID-19. The purpose of this exhibition was to make known an artist recognized in Barcelona and practically unknown in the current region of l'Urgell and in La Segarra, and who, by art critics of the time, received the name of " the painter of La Segarra ". Miró was a renowned multi-faceted artist of Catalan Expressionism and, later, a renowned photographer at the National Museum of Archeology of Catalonia and an innovative scholar in the field of medieval history.

  Miró Rosinach's work is diverse and full of rural nuances. He was an artist who divided several fields: expressionist, figurative and landscape painting; etching and drypoint, drawing of the human figure and landscape of the rural Segarra; expressionist religious painting of strong drama; graphic arts and graphics; artistic and ethnographic photography; and scientific photography of medieval themes and archetypal and ancient elements of the ancestral religiosity of the rural world.
