    El conocer la realidad de un hecho, tal como es, sin distorsiones ni desinformaciones, además de forma oportuna, siempre ha sido una aspiración organizativa que luego ha aportado beneficios. La calidad de los informes, la calidad de las personas, de los equipos, etc., todo puede ayudar a mejorar la interpretación de los sucesos y acercarnos a ese entendimiento de la realidad; más si necesitamos valoraciones o no somos testigos directos del suceso. Aspectos por mejorar y vulnerabilidades presentes en el entorno VUCA que nos ha tocado vivir con el objetivo de pensar adaptándonos a nuestro tiempo.

    Knowing the reality, as it is, avoiding distortions or misinformation, as well as with opportunity, has always been an organizational aspiration that brought benefits. The quality of the reports, the quality of the people, the teams, everything can help to improve the interpretation of events and to understand better the reality, important if we are not direct observer. Aspects to improve and different vulnerabilities present in a VUCA environment, to adapt our way to think in our age.
