Resumen de Servilismo y determinismo como condicionantes sociales en la estructura del juego metateatral en Las criadas (1947) de Jean Genet

En este artículo se analizan tanto el texto teatral original de Las criadas de Jean Genet como tres puestas en escena diferentes ejecutadas por los directores Gas, Messiez y Luque junto a la iconocidad metónimica presente en las mismas. La condición social se desgranará desde la vorágine mental que supedita el deseo de venganza de las protagonistas, Claire y Solange, víctimas de su determinismo. A la vez que, se prestará atención a la biografía del dramaturgo como posible sustrato en la pieza, además de la impronta de determinadas corrientes teatrales del siglo XIX y primera mitad del XX.

In this article we analyse the original play of Jean Genet ́s «The servants» just as the stagings of directors Gas, Messiez and Luque close to the iconicity metonymy presents in those stage plays. The social position will be split from mental whirl is subject to the revenge ́s desire of the principal roles, Claire and Solange, victims of their determining. At the same time, we attend to the playwright ́s biography like possible substratum in addition to impression of certain theatre trends of the century XIX and the first half of XX.
