    Los juegos populares y tradicionales forman parte de la historia de los pueblos gallegos. El juego de bolos es posiblemente el más practicado actualmente. El municipio coruñés de Boiro tiene la característica de ser el único de la provincia donde el juego de bolos sigue vigente. Este estudio tiene el objetivo de conocer y analizar las acciones que se podrían llevar a cabo para que este juego se instaurara de nuevo en las prácticas de ocio y tiempo libre de los ciudadanos. Para eso, se plantea una investigación cualitativa de tipo descriptivo, donde se realiza un total de 48 entrevistas centrados en los colectivos de jugadores, políticos, técnicos deportivos, docentes y técnicos de distintos medios de comunicación. Los resultados nos muestran la necesidad de generar más actividad bolística en la localidad, focalizando parte del trabajo en los centros educativos, además de contar con instalaciones en lugares más céntricos y accesibles a lo que era habitua

    Popular and traditional games form a part of the history of the Galician peoples. The game of skittles is most practised possibly nowadays. Boiro is a municipality of Coruña that has the characteristic of being the only one of the province where the game of skittles is still in force. This study aims to know and analyze the actions that might be carried out in order that this game was restored again in the practices of leisure and free time of the people. For it, we appear a qualitative investigation of descriptive type, where there is realized a total of 48 interviews centred on the groups of players, politicians, sports educational, teachers and technical personnel of different mass media. The results show us the need to generate more activity of skittles in the locality, focusing part of the work in the educational centers, beside possessing facilities in more central and accessible places to what it was habitual.
