  TopoDroid es una aplicación Android para topografiar cuevas. TopoDroid toma datos sin procesar y te ayuda a organizarlos. También realiza un dibujo de la topografía in situ. Puedes realizar varios dibujos mientras estás topografiando. Esto reduce la probabilidad de error al realizar el dibujo, y ayuda a detectar errores en los datos mientras se encuentra todavía en la cueva. TopoDroid tiene muchas funciones para ayudarle a obtener el máximo rendimiento en el trabajo que realizamos en la cueva. De esta manera el trabajo topográfico está casi terminado antes de salir de ella.

  TopoDroid hace que el tiempo que pasa en la cueva topografiando sea más eficaz. Está diseñado para trabajar con una sola topografía. No administra proyectos de topografías complejas que incluyen más de una topografía. El propósito de TopoDroid es ayudar al topógrafo a recoger los datos con más precisión, así como para hacer la tarea de topografía más agradable, no para realizar la topografía final de la cueva. Para ello ya existen buenos programas de PC.

  TopoDroid está específicamente diseñado para trabajar con el DistoX y DistoX2, aunque los datos de la topografía se pueden introducir manualmente. TopoDroid utiliza una orientación vertical fija de la pantalla, no se puede rotar.

  TopoDroid is an Android app for cave surveying. TopoDroid takes the raw data and helps you to organize them, and produce the line map of the survey on the spot. You can further draw sketches around the line map while you are surveying, thereby reducing the probability of error entering in your sketch, and helping you to detect errors in the data while you are still in the cave. TopoDroid has many functions to help you get the most out of your work in the cave.

  In this way a working map is almost ready as you are ending the survey trip.

  TopoDroid makes the time you spend surveying in the cave more effective. It is designed to handle a survey at a time. It does not manage complex cave survey projects that include a number of different surveys. This is because the purpose of TopoDroid is to help a surveyor to collect the data with more accuracy as well as to make the surveying task more pleasant, not to produce the final map of the cave. For that purpose good PC programs already exist.

  TopoDroid is specifically designed to work with the DistoX, although survey data can be manually entered.
