  Los Trastornos Mentales son un problema de primera magnitud en nuestra sociedad, no sólo por su elevada incidencia, sino también porque comprenden un gran número de patologías, generalmente de evolución crónica, que conlleva una enorme carga a la familia, el sistema sanitario y a la propia sociedad. El objetivo de este Plan de Cuidados es el de homogeneizar y estandarizar la atención a los pacientes con trastorno mental, sea cual sea su diagnóstico y el dispositivo asistencial que lo atienda, mediante la planificación de la actuación enfermera, utilizando para ello la Taxonomía NANDA- NOC-NIC.

  Mental disorders are a problem of first magnitude in our society, not only because of their high incidence, but also because they include a great number of pathologies, generally of chronic evolution that involve an overload for the family, sanitary system and the own society. The objective of this Care´ Plan is homogenizing and standardizing the attention to the patients with mental disorders, whatever their diagnosis and the assistance device that assists them, by means of the planning of the performance nurse, using the NANDA-NOC-NIC taxonomy.
