    El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar los resultados de una revisión bibliográfica acerca del Mobbing u hostigamiento psicológico en el trabajo y su incidencia en enfermería.

    Los hallazgos ponen de manifiesto la complejidad conceptual del fenómeno así como los múltiples factores contribuyentes, tanto personales como organizacionales, que contribuyen al desarrollo de éste síndrome. De lo cual se deduce la necesidad de combinar políticas organizativas para prevenir su ocurrencia y estrategias formativas para favorecer el afrontamiento por parte de las víctimas.

    The objective of this paper is to present the results of a reference review about Mobbing or psychological harassment in the work and its incidence in nursing.

    The results highlight the conceptual complexity of the phenomenon as well as the multiple factors, personnel and institutional, that contribute to the development of this syndrome. The need to combine organizational policies to prevent psychological harassment occurrence and formative strategies to facilitate victims coping with the problem is discussed.
