El artículo revisa las diversas interpretaciones en torno al soneto de Góngora «Hurtas mi vulto y cuanto más le debe», que reúne una serie de conceptos y alusiones mitológicas en torno a las relaciones entre pintura y poesía. En particular, se centra en la lectura del último terceto, donde cabe ver una alusión mitológica a las Hamadríades a propósito de la duración temporal de la obra de arte.

The article reviews the diverse interpretations around Góngora’s sonnet«Hurtas mi vulto y el plus debe», which brings together a series of mythological concepts and allusions about the relationship between paintingand poetry. In particular, it focuses on the reading of the last triplet, where it is possible to see a mythological allusion to the Hamadriades with regard to the temporal duration of the work of art.
