Hace dos años, en 2005, se inauguró el Observatorio del Paisaje de Cataluña, un consorcio público concebido como un ente de asesoramiento de la administración y de la sociedad en general en materia de paisaje. Su principal herramienta de difusión es su página web lt;www.catpaisatge.netgt;, en cuatro idiomas (catalán, español, francés e inglés). Esta web informa sobre las actividades del Observatorio, las políticas de paisaje existentes, conferencias y actividades relacionadas con el paisaje e información sobre instituciones españolas, europeas e internacionales que tratan el paisaje desde distintas perspectivas.

Two years ago, in 2005, it was inaugurated the Landscape Observatory an advisory body of the Government of Catalonia and Catalan society in general in matters of landscape. Its principal tool of diffusion is the web page lt;www.catpaisatge.netgt;, in four languages (Catalan, Spanish, French and English). This page provides information about the activities of the Observatory, the policies of landscape, conferences and activities related to the landscape and information about Spanish, European and international institutions that treat the landscape from different perspectives.
