    El presente texto tiene como objetivo desarrollar la categoría de lo latinoamericanoen el arte, a partir de reflexiones teóricas surgidas en el interior mismode la región, sustentándose en las propuestas de Ángel Guido, Rodolfo Kuschy Juan Acha. Metodológicamente, se buscarán similitudes y diferencias entrelos autores mencionados. Se tendrá en cuenta la época en la que se produjeronsus propuestas, en tanto que se considera que los pensamientos forman partede un clima social, en el cual se comparten ideas y preocupaciones y que losautores pueden haber leído a sus predecesores o, sin haberlo hecho, estar altanto del trasfondo representacional del momento y a partir del mismo realizarsus aportes.

    The present text aims to develop the category of Latin American art, fromtheoretical reflections emerged within the region, based on the proposalsof Angel Guido, Rodolfo Kusch and Juan Acha. Methodologically, similaritiesand differences between the authors will be sought. The time in which theirproposals occur will be taken into account, as long as the thoughts that arepart of a social climate are considered, in which the ideas and concerns arefound and the authors have read their predecessors or, without having fact,to be both in the representational background of the moment and from it tomake their contributions.
