    El conseguir una solución con una prótesis que sea totalmente individualizada a las características de cada implante, reconstruyendo la anatomía particular de cada caso pudiendo ser variada según la inclinación del implante, la longitud transepitelial y la forma radicular del tipo de pieza dentaria que se requiera reconstruir, nos obliga a que esto sea creado con un calcinable modelado y colado.

    De todos es sabido que de no tener un cuidadoso proceso de realización de esta técnica los resultados serán de unos deficientes ajustes de dichas piezas coladas, de hecho muy criticados, pero que intentaremos demostrar que técnicamente se pueden conseguir ajustes muy aceptables.

    Obtaining a solution with a prosthesis that will be completly individualized to each implant characteristics, re-building the particular anatomy of each case being able to change acconding to the implant inclination, trans-epithelial length and root shape of the kind of dental piece that is required to build, is thereby us that this will be make with a calcined modelling and casting.

    Everybody knows that if there is not a careful process of building up of this technique the results will be of a deficient adjustments of these pieces cast, in fact too much criticized, but we will try to show that technically can get an acceptable adjustments.
