    El presente ensayo de investigación describe los sujetos que interactúan en la determinación del Gobierno Electrónico en México, así como su funcionamiento y que papel es el que toma la Secretaría de la Función Pública siendo responsable para la implementación del uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación en México. Es posible que la tarjeta de identidad digital colabore con posicionar mejor al país, ya que es una herramienta que puede ser utilizada en todas las áreas gubernamentales para agilizar los trámites.

    The present research essay describes the subjects that interact in the determination of the Electronic Government in Mexico, as well as their functioning and that paper is the one that takes the Secretariat of the Public Service being responsible for the implementation of the use of Information and Communication Technologies in Mexico. It Is possible that the digital identity card collaborates to better position the country, as it is a tool that can be used in all government areas to expedite the paperwork.
