    Al pensar en la posibilidad de hacer un puente Maryland no será necesario tener que tallar tanto en las piezas que tendrán que servir de soporte para este tipo de puente (piezas 11 y 13).

    Este tipo de preparación es menos traumática, pues con una profundidad mínima (de 0,5 a 1 mm) y un pequeño surco en forma de hombro en toda la periferia de las piezas en palatino es suficiente.

    Esta misma preparación es la que se necesita para poder hacerlo en cerámica total. No sólo los puentes los podemos hacer en metal-cerámica. Mi experiencia en este tema me permite el poder ofrecer estos puentes con seguridad, tanto para mis clientes como para sus pacientes.

    Thinking the possibility of making a Maryland bridge will not be necessary to grind so muchthe teeth that have to be the support for this kind of bridge (pieces 11 and 13).

    This kind of preparation is less traumatic, with a minimum concavity (of 0.5 to 1 mm) and a little groove like a shoulder in all the periphery of the teeth in palatal, is enough.

    The same preparation is the one that is necessary to do in total-ceramic. Not only the bridges can be done in metal-ceramic. My experience in this subject can let me get this bridges with security, just for my customer as well as their patients.
