Resumen de El diplomado en enfermería del trabajo en los servicios de prevención de la administración pública de Navarra

  En Navarra, la Administración Foral Pública tiene en su nómina a más de 16.000 trabajadores. Con la publicación en abril de 1998 de un Decreto Foral, se adaptó la normativa en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales al ámbito de la Administración de la Comunidad Foral de Navarra y sus organismos autónomos.

  En el presente artículo se describen, como se crean tres Servicios de Prevención Propios (SP), cuyas funciones son las establecidas en la normativa para SP y en especial, el arrtículo 31 de la Ley de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (LPRL) y el Capítulo III del Reglamento de los Servicios de Prevención (RSP).

  Asimismo se describen cuales son las funciones del SP navarro en las tareas de vigilancia y control de la salud de los trabajadores.

  In Navarrese, the Public Administration has in their payroll to more than 16,000 workers. With the publication in April of 1,998 of a Foral Ordinance, it adapted the normative in Prevention of Labor Risks to the environment of the Administration of the Foral Community of Navarrese and their autonomous organisms.

  Presently article is described, how three Services of Own Prevenci¤on (SP) are created whose functions are the established in the normative for SP and especially, the article 31 of the Law of Prevention of Risks [aborales] (LPRL) and the III Chapter of the regulation of the Services of Prevention (RSP).

  Also they are described which they are the functions of the Navarrese SP in the tasks of surveillance and control of the health of the workers.
