    El nacimiento de la Sociedad Española de Salud Laboral en la Administración Pública (S.E.SL.A.P.), se encuentra en las inquietudes de profesionales procedentes de distintas ramas, que trabajan en el ámbito de la salud laboral, dentro de la Administración Pública (AP). La Ley de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (LPRL) hace que su aplicación en las AAPP, sea global y uniforme a todo el personal de la misma. La SESLAP se organiza según vocalías autonómicas y por grupos o colectivos laborales.

    En la aplicación de la LPRL se hace mención a la creación de los Servicios de Prevención (SP), pensando en un plan de organización, dividido en cuatro partes o áreas: Actividades básicas, metodología de la evaluación del riesgo, protección contra incendios, y guía sobre seguridad y salud en trabajos administrativos.

    The birth of the Spanish Society of Labor Health in the Public Administration (S.E.S.L.A.P.) het are in the restlessness of professionals coming from different branches, that work in the environment of the labor health, inside the Public Administration (AP). The Law of Prevention of Labor Risks (LPRL) makes that their application in the APP is global and uniform to the whole personnel of the same. The SESLAP he are organized according to autonomous members and for groups our labor buses.

    In the application of the LPRL, he are made mention to the creation of the Services of Prevention (SP), thinking of a plan of organization, divided in four parts or areas:

    Basics activities, methodology of the evaluation of the risk, protection against fires, and guide on security and health in administrative works.
