  Con la finalidad de determinar el estado de la Educación Ambiental en los CDR 2 y 3 del Reparto El Cuajaní de Pinar del Río, se realizó un diagnóstico ambiental participativo que permitió conocer la problemática ambiental de la comunidad, para el cual se utilizaron métodos como el análisisdocumental y la Investigación Acción Participativa que contempla la aplicación de técnicas para la identificación, localización, caracterización y jerarquización de problemas ambientales existentes sobre la base de la percepción de representantes de la comunidad. Demostrando que unporciento elevado de los habitantes están dispuesto a participar y contribuir al cuidado del medio que les rodea, resultado este muy positivo, ya que refleja que los pobladores conocen la problemática allí existente y tienen la voluntad de integrarse para interactuar resaltando la importante necesidad de buscar soluciones a los problemas existentes representando el fundamento para la aplicación de una estrategia de Educación Ambiental que permita minimizar los niveles de contaminación y el deterioro del ambiente de esta localidad.

  With the purpose to determine the status of the Environmental Education in the CDR 2 and 3 of the Delivery El Cuajaní of the Pinar del Río, an environmental communicative diagnosis that it enabled accomplished knowing the community's environmental problems itself, for the one that one utilized methods like the documentary analysis that has provision for the application of techniques for the identification, localization, characterization and hierarchization ofenvironmental existent problems and the Investigation Communicative Action for on the community's base of representatives' perception. Demonstrating than a percent raised of the inhabitants they are willing to participate and to contribute in care of the midway that you surround them, once thiswas proven to be very positive, since the fact that inhabitants know the problems there existent and have the will to integrate to interact highlighting the important need to look for solutions to the existent problems representing the foundation for the application of Environmental Educación's strategy that they enable to minimize the levels of contamination and the deterioration of the environment of this locality reflects.
