  Scopo del saggio è quello di esaminare le limitazioni dei diritti di libertà introdotte nell’ordinamento italiano per fronteggiare l’emergenza pandemica Covid-19. L’analisi riguarda sia la forma degli atti in rapporto al principio di legalità e alle riserve di legge e di giurisdizione, sia i contenuti delle misure limitative.

  The aim of the essay is to examine the limitations to the rights of freedom introduced in Italian legal system in order to deal with pandemic emergency Covid-19. The analysis concerns both the form of acts in relation to the rule of law and to the protection provided by law and judiciary, and the contents of restrictions.
