    Paciente que presenta reabsorción ósea en piezas 11 y 21 con abscesos periodontales.

    Tratamiento clinico: Extracción de piezas 11 y 21, caries en 22 con compromiso pulpar y tratamiento endodóntico en piezas 22 y 23.

    Tratamiento protésico: Puentes de 13 a 23 con perno muñón en 22 y 23 en futuras sesiones, eliminación y cambio de puentes ya existentes en boca para igualar la estética con su detención natural y dar una buena función.

    Patient which shows bone reasorption over 11th and 12th teeth with periodontal diseases.

    Clinic treatment: Totth extraction over 11th and 21th, 22th with cavities and pulpar compromise; endodontic treatment teeth 22th and 23th.

    Prosthetic treatment: Bridgework from 13th throgh 23th with die pin on 22th and 23th. Future visit, those bridgework will be eliminated and change, being similar the esthetic with his natural dentition and providing good function.
