Resumen de Estudio de la contaminacion ambiental de las empresas industriales en el canton Milagro, Ecuador

  Esta contaminación avanza simétricamente con el progreso global produciendo afecciones colaterales que deben ser pagadas como precio del desarrollo sustentable, el ser humano se ve afectado en su salud principalmente en las vías respiratorias. Objetivos: Identificar los factores que influyen en la aparición de las infecciones respiratorias agudas Lugar. Cantón Milagro, Ecuador. Métodos. La investigación es cuantitativa, no experimental, de corte transversal, tipo exploratoria, se utilizó la técnica de observación, realizada mediante encuesta y entrevista a 50 personas que asisten al centro de salud más cercano a la empresa perteneciente a la ciudadela Los Chirijos, y a 50 habitantes del sector Nuevo Milagro, quienes fueron seleccionados de forma aleatoria simple, y a 10 profesionales de la salud que laboran en el centro. Resultados. En el sector A se encuentran presente los tres factores que influyan en la salud el factor ambiental con un 70%, el factor individual con un 20% y el factor social con el 10%. En sector B, viven cerca de una forma de contaminación ambiental obteniendo un 26%. El 12% manifiesta que existe la presencia de humo y ceniza en el ambiente del sector. Conclusiones. En este sector, el ambiente contaminado por la empresa produce afecciones respiratorias, el índice de consultas por esta patología tienen incidencia en la producción del centro de salud, convirtiéndose en un problema de salud persistente en esta comunidad.

  This contamination progresses symmetrically with the global progress producing collateral conditions that must be paid as a price of sustainable development, the human being is affected in his health mainly in the respiratory tract. Objectives: To identify the factors that influence the appearance of acute respiratory infections. Place. Canton Milagro, Ecuador. Methods. The research is quantitative, not experimental, of crosssection, exploratory type, the observation technique was used, carried out through a survey and interview to 50 people who attend the health center closest to the company belonging to the citadel Los Chirijos, and 50 inhabitants of the Nuevo Milagro sector, who were randomly selected simple, and 10 health professionals who work in the center. Results. In sector A, the three factors that influence health are the environmental factor with 70%, the individual factor with 20% and the social factor with 10%. In sector B, they live near a form of environmental pollution, obtaining 26%. 12% state that there is smoke and ash in the sector's environment.

  Conclusions. In this sector, the environment contaminated by the company produces respiratory diseases, the rate of consultations for this pathology have an impact on the production of the health center, becoming a persistent health problem in this community
