Resumen de El estado emocional en pacientes con tratamiento de hemodiálisis

  Los pacientes que padecen insuficiencia renal crónica (IRC) y son sometidos a Hemodialisis sufren diversos cambios en sus vidas, a causa de la propia enfermedad y el tratamiento. conocer cómo influye la hemodiálisis en el estado de ánimo de los pacientes con IRC. El método aplicado es cuantitativa, observacional, transversal, descriptivo en una población de 180 pacientes que acuden a centro de ayuda, se extrae una muestra no probabilística de 25 pacientes en tratamiento, se utilizó la técnica de observación y encuesta, como instrumentos un cuestionario validado por jueces expertos, y el test Hospital Anxiety-Depression. Ansiedad 72 % y depresión 76%, respecto a las otras variables se observa que los factores que alteran el estado de ánimo en Hemodialisis están la Dieta en un 100%, Tiempo de dialisis100%, Gastos económicos 80% y la Dependencia familiar 68%, en complicaciones que se dan en el proceso de Hemodialisis se observó las más frecuentes son las Cardiovascular 44%, seguido de malestar general 24%, Glicemia 20% y en menor porcentaje las respiratorias 12%, el círculo familiar se ve afectado en un 84% por una vida en pareja insatisfactoria, el 80% de pacientes que cuentan con el apoyo de la familia y el 20% muestran indiferencia. Existe una alta prevalencia de alteración del estado de ánimo en los pacientes estudiados y un elevado número de ellos necesitan apoyo emocional.

Anxiety 72% and depression 76%, with respect to the other variables, it is observed that the factors that alter the state of mind in Hemodialysis are the Diet in 100%, Dialysis Time100%, Economic Expenses 80% and Family Dependency 68%, in complications that occur in the process of hemodialysis, the most frequent are the Cardiovascular 44%, followed by general discomfort 24%, blood glucose 20% and in a lower percentage the respiratory 12%, the family circle is affected by 84% for an unsatisfactory life together, 80% of patients who have the support of the family and 20% show indifference. There is a high prevalence of altered mood in the patients studied and a high number of them need emotional support.
