    El objetivo de este artículo es realizar algunas apreciaciones estético-filosóficas sobre Teseo (1949) y la ascesis de la libertad en Nikos Kazantzakis. Pretendemos acercar al lector aun campo significativo: cómo para Kazantzakis es relevante el teatro. Y, en específico, la figura de Teseo. En primer lugar, analizaremos la obra Ascesis. Nos enfocaremos en describir las cinco etapas que son propuestas en este opúsculo poético-filosófico, porque dan cuenta de la idea del combate y la libertad que se plasman en la figura de Teseo. Luego, nos centraremos en el diálogo con Ariadna, el laberinto y la ascesis de la libertad y, con posterioridad, realizaremos las respectivas conclusiones de este trabajo.

    The objective of this article is to make some aesthetic- philosophical appraisals about Theseus (1949) and the ascesis of freedom in Nikos Kazantzakis. We intend to bring the reader closer to a significant: how theater is relevant for Kazantzakis. And, specifically, the figure of Theseus. In the first place, we will analyze the work Ascesis. We will focus on describing the five stages that are proposed in this poetic-philosophical booklet, because they give an account of the idea of combat and freedom that are embodied in the figure of Theseus. Then, we will focus on the dialogue with Ariadna, the labyrinth and the ascesis of freedom and, subsequently, we will make the respective conclusions of this work.
