Resumen de Criminologia e movimentos sociais: a crescente tendência à criminalização da livre reunião e manifestação

  The article deals with the recent social movements that have taken the streets of Brazil, notably from the year of 2013, on demands for improvements to certain segments of society, and the tendency to criminalize these movements. Some forms of manifestations will be analyzed, based on bibliographic research, and from the inductive and deductive method it will be pointed out the reasons that lead to the attempt to criminalize the action of the ones who take part in the movements. The subject is of essential importance, since social movements, although they may, at times, cause upheavals, are no more than a form of democratic representation

  O artigo trata dos recentes movimentos sociais que tomaram as ruas do Brasil, notadamente a partir do ano de 2013, em reivindicações a melhorias para determinados segmentos da sociedade, e a tendência à criminalização desses movimentos. Serão analisadas algumas formas de manifestações, a partir da pesquisa bibliográfica, e a partir do método indutivo e dedutivo serão apontados os motivos que levam à tentativa de tipificação da conduta dos integrantes dos movimentos. O assunto é de essencial relevância, já que os movimentos sociais, embora possam, em certas ocasiões, causar transtornos, não deixam de ser uma forma de representação democrática.
