    El presente artículo pretende ser un repaso del debate sobre la postmodernidad, otorgando especial importancia a lo que de comprensión y reinterpretación puede aportar a la Psicología en general, y a la Psicología Social en particular: nuevos temas de interés, nuevas posiciones de partida y voces alternativas.

    De la misma manera, se da cuenta de los problemas de la ciencia psicológica para captar los temas relacionados con la subordinación de la mujer, al excluir de sus análisis la profunda importancia de las relaciones de poder y de la interdependencia de la subjetividad con el contexto social que la sustenta.

    The following article is an overview of the debate on postmodernism, giving special emphasis to what understanding and interpretation can give to Psychology in general and Social Psychology in particular: new issues of interest, new starting points and alternative voices. In the same way, attention is given to the problems psychological science faces in capturing the issues related to the subordination of women, in excluding from analysis the profound importance of power relations and the interdependence of subjectivity together with the social context which supports it.

    Ondorengo artikulua postmodernitatearen eztabaidaren errepasu bat nahi du izan, aipamen berezia emanez ulermen eta berinterpretapenari dagokionez, Postmodernitateak, Psikologiari orokorrean eta Psikologia Sozialari partikularrean, aporta dezakenari: interes berriko gaiak, irteera jarrera berriak eta ahots alternatiboak. Ere berean, zientzia psikologikoaren arazoaz kontu ematen da, emakumearen subordinazioarekin erlazionaturik dauden gaiak erakartzeko, beren analisietatik botere erlazioen eta subjetibitatearen interdependentzia mantentzen duen kontextu sozialaren garrantzi sakona alboratzean.
