Resumen de Formação de professores no contexto da eja: perscpectivas e realidades

  This article reports experiences with initial and continuing teacher training, its perspectives and realities in the learning process in Youth and Adult Education offered by the Municipal Education Department, in a small municipal public school in the interior of Pernambuco. In the face of the experiences, investigative activities were carried out through interviews and questionings, in order to analyze what was actually being used both for the students and for the teachers, which evidenced in the decision making, with needs to plan, develop and to introduce new pedagogical practices that provide effective participation of teachers, explaining the realities, through the involvement in the discussions, trajectories and hypothesis surveys, thus awakening the interest in approaching strategies of contextualized and directed improvements to reality in this modality of teaching during the academic year 2017/2018, involving the whole school team in a reflexive process about the formation and teaching profession.

  O presente artigo relata experiências com formações inicial e continuada de professores, suas perspectivas e realidades no processo de aprendizagem na Educação de Jovens e Adultos oferecida pela Secretaria Municipal de Educação, em uma pequena escola pública municipal do interior de Pernambuco. Diante das vivências, foram realizadas atividades de caráter investigativas através de entrevistas e questionamentos, a fim de analisar o que de verdade estava sendo aproveitado tanto para os alunos quanto para os docentes, o que evidenciou na tomada de decisões, com necessidades de planejar, desenvolver e inserir novas práticas pedagógicas que proporcionassem a participação efetiva dos professores, explicitando a realidades, através do envolvimento nas discussões, trajetórias e levantamentos de hipóteses, despertando assim, o interesse em abordar estratégias de aperfeiçoamentos contextualizadas e direcionadas para realidade nessa modalidade de ensino, durante o ano letivo de 2017/2018, envolvendo toda a equipe escolar em um processo reflexivo sobre a formação e profissão docente.
