  El comienzo de tu vida profesional parece algo poco importante, pero cuando miras hacia atrás te das cuenta que tan sólo un paciente es capaz de hacer que el resto de tu vida y cómo enfrentarte al resto de los casos, sea algo diferente. "El Patriarca ya no existe" es uno de estos casos.

  Parecía desarrollarse una mañana agotadora más, por la puerta de la consulta habían pasado una veintena de pacientes con sus historias peculiares y diferentes, pero estaba equivocada, faltaba una y esa una sería quien con sus ojos azules y su tez morena, me enseñaría que los pacientes no son pacientes con números para todo, sino personas con sus historia y en este caso mi persona, mi paciente.

  Eran una gran familia de etnia gitana, en sus brazos estaba el primogénito varón de la familia, además de al niño traían más miedos que ilusiones, más dinero que cultura, más negación que información. Y con todo esto pretendía que su gran apuesta saliese ganadora. Fueron pasando los meses y las ilusiones desvaneciéndose, el dinero en esta ocasión fue la solución para poder olvidar que aquel niño en el que se habían puesto todas las esperanzas, dejara de ser un problema y pasara a ser algo que olvidar.

  The beginning of professional life seems little important, but when you look back you realize that a patient is able to do it different. "The patriarch no longer exists" is one of these cases.

Suddenly one of these patients, with blue eyes and dark complexion would teach me that patients are not numbers, they are persons with their histories and in this is my person, my patient.

  They were a great gypsy ethnic group family, in their arms was the main son of the family. They brought more fears than illusions, more money than culture, more negation than information. And with all this they intended that their great bet winner. It was passing the months and the illusions being dispelled, in this occasion the money was the solution to be able to forget that the main son, in which they had placed all the hopes, stopped being a problem and passed to be something to forget.
