Resumen de Relaciones internacionales: Una oportunidad de integración y desarrollo comercial para Esmeraldas – Ecuador

  La corriente de la globalización enfatiza y promueve la integración mundial dando un paso importante para consolidar las relaciones internacionales, las mismas que en los actuales momentos apuntan hacia el fortalecimiento de la regionalización. El objetivo de la investigación fue estudiar los convenios nacionales y supranacionales basados en la paradiplomacia e internacionalización que se han desarrollado en Latinoamérica, y cómo estos se pueden aplicar a la realidad de Esmeraldas- Ecuador. Se realizó una investigación de carácter mixto a través de la investigación descriptiva documental bajo un enfoque cualitativo. Se realizó una recopilación documental de tipo normativo en el Ecuador y en la Comunidad Andina de Naciones. La revisión cuantitativa con base en el análisis de datos estadístico permitió determinar las variaciones porcentuales que permitieron una profundización de la temática planteada. Se concluyó que las relaciones internacionales existentes representan una oportunidad para promover el desarrollo fronterizo de la provincia de Esmeraldas, en especial en los sectores del Turismo, Comercio Nacional e Internacional e Integración territorial.

  The current of globalization emphasizes and promotes world integration, taking an important step to consolidate international relations, the same ones that at present point to the strengthening of Regionalization. The objective of the research was to study the national and supranational agreements based on paradiplomacy and internationalization that have been developed in Latin America, and how these can be applied to the reality of Esmeraldas- Ecuador. A mixed research was carried out through the descriptive documentary research under a qualitative approach where they were approached in the documentary compilation of normative type in Ecuador and in the Andean Community of Nations.

  The quantitative review, based on statistical data analysis, made it possible to determine the percentage variations that allowed for a more in-depth study of the subject matter.It was concluded that the existing international relations represent an opportunity to promote the border development of the province of Esmeraldas, especially in the sectors of Tourism, National and International Trade and Territorial Integration.
