  Después del confinamiento y el auge del teletrabajo muchos locales comerciales se convertirán en viviendas. El cambio de destino entra normalmente dentro de las facultades del propietario. En este estudio analizaremos qué condiciones deben concurrir para afirmar la legitimidad de dicho cambio. Nos preguntaremos, asimismo, si la instauración en los estatutos de un régimen distinto para propietarios de locales y pisos tendría trascendencia por sí misma en orden a impedir la variación de destino.

  After the confinement and the rise of teleworking, many commercial premises will be converted into dwellings. The change of use is usually within the owner's powers. In this study we will analyze when it can be made effective and the problems that have arisen in this regard. We will also question whether the establishment of a different regime for the owners of apartments and premises in the bylaws has any significance in order to prevent such a change.
