Estabilidad emocional y el comportamiento estudiantil

    La estabilidad emocional se halla íntimamente ligada a los componentes de felicidad y empatía desarrollados en la niñez y como consecuencia de ello el comportamiento de los jóvenes varía en las instituciones educativas. En este sentido, a través de un estudio exploratorio descriptivo realizado en la Unidad Educativa Joaquín Arias en el Cantón Pelileo, provincia de Tungurahua con los estudiantes de los primeros años del Bachillerato General Unificado conformado por 124 adolescentes que oscilan entre 14 y 16, se busca comprobar que la estabilidad emocional define el comportamiento y la forma de reaccionar frente a diferentes situaciones. El nivel aplicativo explicativo permite medir el grado de relación que tiene la Estabilidad Emocional y el Comportamiento ya que el objetivo de la investigación es determinar la influencia entre las variables. Los resultados de la investigación permiten concluir que en la Unidad Educativa Joaquín Arias se debe trabajar en la aplicación de estrategias que fortalezcan la parte emocional del estudiante, a través de su reconocimiento; de la búsqueda del auto control y el bienestar psicológico, con el fin de generar un mejor ambiente académico; esto permite concluir que el grado de estabilidad emocional en los estudiantes afecta significativamente el comportamiento de estos.

    The emotional stability is intimately tied to the components of happiness and empathy developed in the childhood and as consequence of it the behavior of the young persons changes in the educational institutions. In this respect, across an exploratory descriptive study realized in the Educational Unit Joaquín Arias in the Canton Pelileo, Tungurahua's province with the students of the first years of the General Unificado Baccalaureate shaped by 124 teenagers who range between 14 and 16, seeks to verify that the emotional stability defines the behavior and the way of reacting opposite to different situations. The applicative explanatory level allows to measure the degree of relation that has the Emotional Stability and the Behavior since the aim of the investigation is to determine the influence between the variables. The results of the investigation allow to conclude that in the Educational Unit one must work Joaquín Arias in the improvement of the behavior of the students across the emotional strengthening; with the recognition of the emotions, self-control and psychological well-being, in order to generate a better academic environment; concluding that the degree of emotional stability in the students affects significantly the behavior of these.
