Resumen de Victimización y necesidad de protección jurídica a la mujer embarazada

  El trabajo hace visible una forma de violencia de género a la mujer embarazada, realizada por personal médico y administrativo de centros de salud y en consultorios de obstetras. Este tipo de violencia victimiza a la mujer gestante de una forma brutal e inhumana, al utilizar un lenguaje soez, denigrante, atentatorio de la dignidad de la persona, quien en múltiples ocasiones y por desinformación es sometida a medicación no consentida y manipulaciones autoritarias dañinas para ella y su bebé. Con esas acciones y maniobras llegan a ser víctimas de hechos constitutivos de delitos, los cuales, por las condiciones de lugar y tiempo en que son cometidos, quedan impunes por falta de asesoría jurídica para la mujer que los sufre.

  The work makes visible a form of gender violence against pregnant women, performed by medical and administrative staff of health centers and in obstetricians' offices. This type of violence victimizes the pregnant woman in a brutal and inhuman way, with the use of a foul, denigrating language, threatening the dignity of the person, who on multiple occasions and for misinformation is subjected to not indulged medication and authoritarian manipulations harmful to her and her baby.

  With these actions and maneuvers they become victims of facts constituting crimes, which, due to the conditions of time and place in which they are committed, remain unpunished due to lack of legal advice for the woman who suffers them
