    El estudiante y el docente se encuentran en una sociedad de cambios constantes, donde el educador ya no es un simple locutor, sino un mediador del proceso enseñanza y aprendizaje; de esta forma, conocerá las capacidades y aptitudes de los estudiantes, quienes deben aprender a convertir la información adquirida en conocimiento. Los recursos tecnológicos permiten incorporar la información en los procesos educativos; sin embargo, el docente tiene la obligación de manejar estas aplicaciones y herramientas, para brindar una mejor educación, sin descuidar los peligros y distracciones que pueden encontrarse al trabajar con la tecnología, puesto que la educación actual plantea desafíos trascendentales en la educación de las presentes y futuras generaciones.

    El presente artículo pretende abordar sobre el uso inadecuado de la tecnología por parte de los estudiantes, lo que perjudica su aprendizaje significativo. Como objetivo general proponemos aportar estrategias innovadoras que permitan un aprendizaje pleno en el estudiantado del Subnivel Básica Media de la Escuela Leónidas Plaza. Adquiere un enfoque mixto y es así que se destacan los siguientes métodos teóricos y empíricos en este estudio: histórico - lógico, inducción y deducción, hipotético - deductivo, experimentación, criterio de expertos y retrospección. De esta manera, se puede concluir que la relación entre la tecnología y el aprendizaje juegan un papel importante en cualquier sistema educativo, debido a que la tecnología brinda provechosos cambios en las distintas prácticas educacionales, donde los docentes deberán tomar conciencia reflexiva y crítica con los actuales procesos y cambios educativos, implementando nuevas herramientas de enseñanza y aprendizaje, evitando los distractores en los estudiantes en el proceso docente educativo.

    The student and the teacher are in a society of constant changes, where the educator is no longer a simple speaker, but a mediator of the teaching and learning process; In this way, you will know the capacities and aptitudes of the students, who must learn to convert the information acquired into knowledge. Technological resources allow incorporating information into educational processes; However, the teacher has the obligation to handle these applications and tools, to provide a better education, without neglecting the dangers and distractions that can be found when working with technology, since current education poses transcendental challenges in the education of the present and future generations.

    This article aims to address the inappropriate use of technology by students, which impairs their meaningful learning. As a general objective, we propose to provide innovative strategies that allow full learning in the students of the Middle Basic Sublevel of the Leonidas Plaza School. The following research article has a mixed approach and thus the following theoretical and empirical methods are highlighted in this study: historical - logical, induction and deduction, hypothetical - deductive, experimentation, expert judgment, and retrospection. In this way, it can be concluded that the relationship between technology and learning plays an important role in any educational system, because technology provides beneficial changes in the different educational practices, where teachers must become reflective and critical awareness with the students. current educational processes and changes, implementing new teaching and learning tools, avoiding distractions for students in the educational teaching process.
