Resumen de Retos comunes de las inspecciones de educación de España y Portugal

  Las reuniones mantenidas entre los representantes del sindicato portugués SIEE (Sindicato de Inspetores de Educação e do Ensino) y el equipo responsable del área de Acción Exterior de USIE, a lo largo del primer tercio del año 2021, han permitido perfilar las realidades laborales y administrativas que determinan las líneas de acción sindical de ambas organizaciones en sus respectivos países. El proceso de conocimiento mutuo desarrollado durante los primeros meses del año ha sido acordado por ambos sindicatos, entendiéndose como paso necesariamente previo a la toma de decisiones sobre futuros acuerdos de cooperación y colaboración internacional. Este artículo es una muestra del trabajo conjunto que se ha venido desarrollando, y que sirve para poner el foco en elementos y aspectos en los que coinciden los respectivos contextos y sistemas de inspección y sobre los que previsiblemente se plantearán líneas de acción a nivel europeo

  The meetings held between the representatives of the Portuguese union SIEE (Sindicato de Inspetores de Educação e do Ensino) and the team responsible for the area of Foreign Action of USIE, throughout the first third of 2021, have allowed to profile the labor and administrative realities that determine the lines of union action of both organizations in their respective countries. The process of mutual knowledge developed during the first months of the year has been agreed by both trade unions, understanding it as a necessary pre-decision step on future cooperation and collaboration agreements. This article is a sample of the joint work that has been developed and that is useful to focus on elements and aspects in which the respective contexts and educational systems coincide and on which future action lines may be developed at European level
