    This article aims to identify the actions of the Brazilian State in guarantee the right of health for the the migrants in the boderline after the institution of the Migration Law (Law 13.445/2017). T herefore, bibliographic and documental research were adopted as the technical procedure. Among the main results, stands out the brittle orientation of the government agency responsible for the sanitary policy as well as the backwardness in the organizational changes for the fulfillment of the Law.

    O presente artigo visa identificar as ações do Estado brasileiro na garantia ao direito à saúde do migrante fronteiriço após a instituição da Lei da migração (Lei 13.445/2017). Para tanto, foi adotado como procedimento técnico a pesquisa bibliográfica e a pesquisa documental. Entre os resultados principais destaca-se a orientação incipiente dos órgãos responsáveis pela política sanitária e a lentidão nas mudanças organizacionais para o cum-primento da Lei
