    Vislumbrar la importancia de la investigación en cualquier campo, es una responsabilidadde todos los que la hacemos, los que anhelan hacerla y las instituciones que aportan a que sea una realidad.En el campo de los negocios a lo largo de la historia, se han generado cambios importantes que se articulan con habilidades relacionadas con la innovación y el crecimiento entre países. Hoy, en contraste con las anteriores décadas, el plano de la innovación, en este ámbito profesional, ha generado en los empresarios la necesidad de potenciar la capacidad creativa de cada individuo y canalizarla a través de las diversas metodologías.Dando la posibilidad de ser más sustentable cuando las organizaciones y/o personas logran adoptar una nueva concepción del trabajo que prioriza la curiosidad y la búsqueda continua de desafíos que permitan crear nuevas realidades.Por lo tanto, Según Shumpeter (2009) la innovación, se refiere a la asimilación y explotación exitosa de una invención para la mejora de procesos o introducción de nuevosproductos o servicios en el mercado, la cual, tendrá que ir de la mano con el desarrollo tecnológico y todas las actividades involucradas en conducir la invención a un uso práctico. En el Libro Verde de la Innovación (Comisión Europea, 1995) “la innovación se considera sinónimo de producir, asimilar y explotar con éxito una novedad –invención-, en las esferas económica y social, de forma que aporte soluciones inéditas a los problemas y permita así responder a las necesidades de las personas y de la sociedad. Es por ello, que, al realizar un manuscrito, se deben plasmar nuevas ideas que mejoren el desempeño y genera mayor competitividad teniendo una actitud mental que busque mejorar y garantizar la supervivencia en mercados globales agitados y con dinámicas cambiantes.Con el volumen 11-2 de la revista In Vestigium Ire, la investigación en temas relacionados con Contaduría Pública, Administración de Empresas y Negocios Internacionales, está llamada a efectuar aportes concretos que contribuyan a mejorar la convivencia, la justicia social, la cooperación, los problemas socioeconómicos del entorno, la transformación social y productiva.Contribuir a repensar e investigar en el campo de las ciencias administrativas y contables no puede apartarse de la realidad colombiana y el papel de las universidades dentro del escenario de la búsqueda de la paz estable y duradera, ya que es en la academia donde se propicia el debate, el diálogo y la construcción crítica, donde se incentiva a la formulación de problemas y sus posibles soluciones.En esta oportunidad los artículos se han encaminado a la competividad empresarial, la responsabilidad social empresarial, el mercado laboral, la dinámica del comercio internacional, la formación integral en la educación y la condición humana desde una perspectiva generacional.Las propuestas presentadas en la Revista In Vestigium Ire, son la respuesta a la labor sustantiva de los investigadores, donde la formación en el campo de la investigación se entiende como el proceso articulado a la formación profesional, con el fin de sensibilizar al estudiante hacia actividades de descubrimiento e innovación y a proporcionar las herramientas básicas para el diseño y desarrollo de proyectos.Desde aquí hago un llamado para que movilicemos el conocimiento y experticia de Colombia, y lo que se hace desde la academia, para seguir siendo un referente hacia otras naciones que viven procesos similares y reconozcan la importancia del proceso que vive el país.

    To glimpse the importance of the investigation in any field, is a responsibility of all those that we do investigation, those that yearn to do it and the institutions that contribute to that it is a reality.In the field of business throughout history, important changes have been generated that are articulated with skills related to innovation and growth between countries.Today, in contrast to previous decades, the level of innovation in this professional field has generated in entrepreneurs the need to enhance the creative capacity of each individual and channel it through the various innovation methodologies. Giving the possibility of being more sustainable when organizations and / or people manage to adopt a new conception of work that prioritizes curiosity and the continuous search for challenges that allow creating new realities.Therefore, according to Schumpeter (2009) innovation, refers to the assimilation and successful exploitation of an invention for the improvement of processes or introduction of new products or services in the market, which, will have to go hand in hand with the technological development and all the activities involved in driving the invention to a practical use.     Discerner l’importance de la recherche dans quelconque domaine est une responsabilité de tous ceux qui recherchent ; ceux qui souhaitent la faire et les institutions qui contribuentà que ce soit une réalité.Tout au long de l’histoire, des changements importants ont eu lieu dans le domaine des affaires s’articulant aux habilités reliées à l’innovation et l’essor parmi les pays. Actuellement, et par rapport au passé, l’innovation dans ce domaine a généré chez les entrepreneurs le besoin de renforcer la capacité créative de chaque individu et la canaliser à partir des différentes méthodologies d’innovation, offrant la possibilité de devenir plus durable lorsque les organisations et les gens réussissent à adopter une nouvelle conception du travail qui priories la curiosité et la quête permanente de défis qui permettent de créer de nouvelles réalités.Ainsi, selon Shumpeter (2009), l’innovation fait référence à l’assimilation et l’exploitation réussies d’une invention pour améliorer les processus ou introduire de nouveaux produits ou des services; celle-ci devrait aller mains dans la main avec le développement technologique et toutes les activités impliquées dans la mise en oeuvre de l’invention. Dans le Livre Vert sur l’Innovation (Commission de l’Europe, 1995), « l’innovation est considérée comme synonyme de produire, assimiler et exploiter avec succès une nouveauté – invention –, dans les domaines économique et sociale de sorte qu’elle puisse donner des solutions inédites aux problèmes et permet ainsi de répondre aux besoins des personnes et de la société».En conséquence, au moment de rédiger un article il faut mettre de nouvelles idées qui améliorent la performance et génèrent une plus grande compétitivité, à partir d’une attitude mentale qui cherche à améliorer et à garantir la survie dans les marchés mondiaux agités avec des dynamiques changeantes.Avec le volume 11-2 de la Revue In Vestigium Ire, la recherche dans des sujets liés à la Comptabilité, Gestion d’entreprises et Affaires Étrangères, est appelée à faire des apports concrètes qui contribuent à améliorer la connivence, la justice sociale, la coopération, les problèmes socio-économique du milieu et la transformation sociale et productive.Contribuer à repenser et rechercher dans le domaine des sciences administratives et comptable ne peut pas s’écarter de la réalité Colombienne et du rôle des universités qui font partie du scénario de la recherche de la paix stable et durable, car c’est dans l’académie où le débat, le dialogue et la construction critique sont favorisés et où la formulation de problèmes et leur posibles solutions sont encouragées.À cette occasion, les travaux, ont été orientés vers la compétitivité entrepreneuriale, la responsabilité sociale, le marché du travail, la dynamique du commerce international, la formation intégrale dans l’éducation et la condition humaine à partir d’un point de vue générationnel.Les propositions présentées dans la Revue In Vestigium Ire, sont la réponse au travail fondamental des chercheurs, dans lequel la formation dans le domaine d’investigation se comprend comme le processus articulé à la formation professionnelle, ayant pour but de sensibiliser l’apprenant vers des activités de découverte et d’innovation et à fournir les outils de base pour la conception et développement de projets.Je me permets donc de faire un appel depuis cet espace de recherche, pour nous servir des connaissances et de l’expertise de la Colombie, et ce qui se fait depuis l’académie pour continuer à être un référent pour les pays qui suivent un processus semblable et ainsi apprécient l’importance de ce momento historique.
