En este trabajo se comentan las Sentencias del TSJ Asturias 3 abril 2018 y AP Oviedo 24 septiembre 2020; en la primera se declara nulo el laudo de fecha 23 agosto 2017 y sus subsiguientes correcciones, y en la segunda se examina la responsabilidad del árbitro atendiendo a las dudas razonables planteadas en cuanto la falta de independencia e imparcialidad del árbitro.

This work comments on the Judgments of the Supreme Court Asturias April 3, 2018 and AP Oviedo September 24, 2020; In the first, the award dated August 23, 2017 and its subsequent corrections are declared null and void, and in the second, the responsibility of the arbitrator is examined, taking into account the reasonable doubts raised regarding the arbitrator’s lack of independence and impartiality.
