Resumen de Balanço Perguntado: Um Instrumento para Análise Econômico - Financeira de Micro e Pequenas Empresas

  The aim of this work is to analyze the inquired balance methodology as an instrument for verification of the economic and financial situation of Micro and Small Companies. Therefore, a questionnaire was used to understand the balance sheet and income statement for the year through an interview with the manager of a small company. Besides the analysis through accounting-financial indices, the relationship between the real statements and inquired ones was investigated based on Pearson's correlation, observing the normality in the data verified through the Shapiro-Wilk test. Subsequently, aiming to see the lack of statistically significant difference in the data, the Student’s t-test was performed. The results show that there is a strong linear relationship between them and, there is not a significant statistically difference between the real data and the inquired ones. Thus, inquired balance sheet may be used in the analysis of the economic and financial situation of micro and small companies. Finally, it was seen that the largest discrepancies between the indicators occurred due to the imprecision of the values by the manager.

  O presente estudo tem por objetivo analisar a metodologia do balanço perguntado como um instrumento na verificação da situação econômico-financeira das micro e pequenas empresas. Diante disso, foi estruturado um questionário para o levantamento do Balanço Patrimonial e da Demonstração do Resultado do Exercício, por meio de entrevista realizada com o gestor de uma empresa de pequeno porte. Além da análise por meio de índices contábil-financeiros, foi investigada a relação entre as informações dos demonstrativos reais e perguntados com base na correlação de Pearson, tendo em vista a normalidade dos dados verificada por meio do teste de Shapiro-Wilk. Posteriormente, visando verificar a inexistência de diferença estatisticamente significativa entre os dados obtidos, foi realizado o teste de médias t de Student. Os principais resultados evidenciaram que existe forte relação linear entre os dados e, que não existe diferença estatisticamente significativa entre os dados reais e perguntados. Dessa forma, considera-se que o balanço perguntado pode ser utilizado na análise da situação econômico-financeira das micro e pequenas empresas. Por fim, também foi observado que as maiores discrepâncias entre os índices aconteceram pela imprecisão dos valores por parte do gestor
