Resumen de Biotecnologia, desarrollo y neoliberalismo

  Este texto analiza los acontecimientos biotecnológicos que en nuestro tiempo modifican radicalmente la agricultura y con ella todo un conjunto de prácticas productivas, económicas, sociales, culturales, de salud pública y hasta las formas de existencia de comunidades y pueblos. Para esto examina cómo se organizan el conocimiento y las técnicas de tratamiento de lo viviente a partir de los desarrollos de la biología molecular y sus derivados en tanto condición de posibilidad de la biotecnología. Por último, a fin de considerar su proyección social, económica y política propone interpretar esta modalidad del desarrollo científico-tecnológico como una expresión del estado actual del capitalismo que bajo la hegemonía neoliberal se consolida como biotecnocapitalismo.

  This text analyzes the biotechnological developments that are radically modifying agriculture in our time and with it a whole set of productive, economic, social, cultural and public health practices, and even the forms of existence of communities and peoples. To this end, it examines how knowledge and techniques for the treatment of the living are organized on the basis of developments in molecular biology and its derivatives as a condition of possibility of biotechnology.Finally, in order to consider itssocial, economic and political projection, it proposes to interpret this modality of scientific-technological development as an expression of the current state of capitalism, which under neoliberal hegemony is consolidated as biotechnocapitalism.

  Dieser Text analysiert die biotechnologischen Entwicklungen, die in unserer Zeit die Landwirtschaft und mit ihr eine ganze Reihe von produktiven, wirtschaftlichen, sozialen, kulturellen, gesundheitlichen Praktiken und sogar die Existenzformen von Gemeinschaften und Völkern radikal verändern. Zu diesem Zweck wird untersucht, wie Wissen und Techniken der Behandlung des Lebendigen aus den Entwicklungen der Molekularbiologie und ihrer Derivate als Bedingung der Möglichkeit der Biotechnologie organisiert sind. Um ihre soziale, ökonomische und politische Projektion zu betrachten, schlägt erschließlich vor, diese Modalität der wissenschaftlich-technischen Entwicklung als Ausdruck des aktuellen Zustands des Kapitalismus zu interpretieren, der sich unter neoliberaler Hegemonie als Bio-Techno-Kapitalismus kpnsolidiert.
