La hipertensión inducida durante el embarazo es una de las principales causas de morbimortalidad materno-fetal, afectando alrededor del 10% de las gestantes a nivel mundial. Desde el abordaje cualitativo hay escasos estudios que contemplen la vivencia de una gestación de alto riesgo, pero dan cuenta de la necesidad de indagar en las necesidades subjetivas de las gestantes durante este proceso. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo describir la vivencia de una mujer que sufrió preeclampsia durante su primera gestación, el embarazo de sus mellizos.

Hypertension induced during pregnancy is one of the main causes of maternal-fetal morbidity and mortality, affecting around 10% of pregnant women worldwide. From the qualitative approach there are few studies that consider the experience of a high-risk pregnancy, but they do account for the need to investigate the subjective needs of pregnant women during this process. The present study aims to describe the experience of a woman who suffered preeclampsia during her first pregnancy, the pregnancy of her twins.
