    En los últimos años se han multiplicado las quejas del personal sanitario referentes a agresiones verbales y físicas por parte de los usuarios. Se realiza un relato biográfico a través de una entrevista en profundidad, a un médico que sufrió una agresión física por parte de un usuario, pudiéndose comprobar cómo se sintió indefenso debido a que el centro carecía de servicios de seguridad, sistemas de alarma u otras medidas. El análisis cualitativo de los datos revela una serie de factores que provocaron ansiedad, desconfianza y desmotivación en su vida laboral después de sufrir la agresión. Por lo tanto es importante que la administración trabaje de forma conjunta con los profesionales sanitarios dotando a los centros de medidas de seguridad para evitar las agresiones y ofreciendo apoyo e información a los profesionales para que no se sientan desprotegidos o afecten a la esfera profesional y sobre todo a nuestras organizaciones de salud.

    Over the last few years there has been an increase in complaints by health workers about the abuse they suffer, including verbal and physical abuse from users or patients. A biographical story has been carried out, through an in depth interview whit a doctor who suffered aggression from a user or patient. The story showed how helpless he felt because of the lack of security, alarm systems or other safety measures. The analysis qualitative of the data showed that there are some factors that cause anxiety, suspicion and general lack of motivation in health workers working lives after suffering from attacks of aggression or abuse from clients. Therefore it is important that the administration works together whit health workers to provide security measures to avoid such attacks and to provide support and information to the professionals so that they do not feel unprotected and it doesn't affect the professional sphere of our health organizations.
