  • Resumen
    • In this subsection of the article, we considered co-infection mathematical model TB (Tuberculosis), HIV(human immunodeficiency virus) and AIDS(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome) with all of there infectious classes. As the model is co-infection so ordinary form of one class infection should call chronic sequence of other class disease. We apprized here the transmission associated with co-infection model lead a mathematical epidemiological model. For that order, we first formulated the model in there related infectious classes while the basic key value reproductive number,(R0) is derived by the approach of next generation matrix. After that all stability equilibrium were found in presence of reproductive number either local or global stability, while in global stability we introduced Lyapunov function theory. In the last part of the article, we interpreted numerical simulation which support the existence of our model.
