  El presente artículo pretende mostrar cómo es concebida la Investigación en la Corporación Universitaria Rafael Núñez, para revelarla en su dimensión de función sustantiva que es para la Institución. Se abordan a fin de resaltar la importancia de esta función, temas como el de Cultura Investigativa. Igualmente, se presenta la manera como se aborda en la Corporación la relación entre currículo e investigación, en la que se destaca el proyecto institucional “Seminario de Investigación”. Y finalmente, se exponen las expresiones de la investigación en la Institución: Formación Investigativa e Investigación Estricta.

  This article is designed to show how Research in the University Corporation Rafael Nunez, to disclose in its dimension is substantive role for the institution. Are addressed to highlight the Importance of this function, issues such as Investigative Culture. Also shows how the Corporation addresses the relationship between curriculum and research, which highlights the institutional project "Research Seminar". And finally, sets the terms of the research at the Institution: Investigative and Research Training Strict.
