    La inmigración en Castilla y León provoca en la actualidad importantes repercusiones demográficas, económicas y sociales. En este trabajo se plantea la necesidad de estudiar su problemática, aplicar las medidas adecuadas y soluciones eficaces, solidarias y justas a los problemas que dicho fenómeno plantea. Con el conocimiento de estas cuestiones se consigue reducir la incidencia de los aspectos negativos y acrecentar los positivos, favoreciendo la integración de los inmigrantes.

    Inmigation into Castilla-Leon has had a significant impact on demographic, economic and social issues in the region. Here we discuss the importance of analyzing these problems, and the need of providing adequate answers and efficient, supportive and righteous resolutions for the concerns this phenomenon has risen. A greater awareness and appreciation for these complex issues will allow the alleviation of the incidence of negative aspects and the promotion of the positive ones, and may ultimately facilitate the integration of the immigrant population into the community.
