  • Resumen
    • Two species of crinoids associated crabs of the family Pilumnidae, Permanotus purpureus (Gordon 1934) and Tiaramedon spinosum (Miers 1879) previously recorded from the southwest Pacific in Indonesia, is reported for the first time from the Indian Ocean, which is a significant expansion of their distribution range. We also provide the first documentation of the symbiotic association of T. spinosum with Comatella nigra (Carpenter 1881).
