    La tutoría nace en el Sistema de Universidad Virtual (SUV), como apoyo a la formación integral del estudiante en su proceso formativo, en donde se involucran acciones de intervención que se realizan en entornos mediados por tecnologías. El objetivo del estudio abordó: Identificar las actividades que realiza un tutor del SUV, y conocer cuál es la percepción que tienen los estudiantes del SUV, de un tutor. Se implementó un cuestionario virtual a 80 estudiantes de tres licenciaturas del SUV, en el que se utilizó una metodología mixta en la que logró concluir que la tutoría es el acompañamiento que se le brinda al estudiante en su desarrollo académico, que tiene como fin guiar y apoyar al alumno. Asimismo, que es parte indispensable de su formación académica, lo apoya y guía, cuando tiene dificultades le ayuda a resolver las dudas que le surgen en el trayecto de su formación académica.

    The tutoring is born in the Virtual University System (SUV), as a support to the integral formation of the student in his formative process, where intervention actions that are carried out in environments mediated by technologies are involved. the objective of the study addressed: identify the activities carried out by a tutor of the SUV, and know what is the perception that students have of the SUV, of a tutor. a virtual questionnaire was implemented to 80 students from three SUV degrees, in which a mixed methodology was used in which I was able to conclude that tutoring is the accompaniment that is provided to the student in their academic development, which is intended to guide and support the student. Likewise, which is an indispensable part of their academic training, it supports and guides them, when they have difficulties, it helps them to solve the doubts that arise in the course of their academic training.
