Resumen de De la investigación científica a la investigación cualitativa en educación: Fundamentación

Partiendo desde la investigación científica se ha de señalar que esta nos aporta una vía para llegar a conocer la naturaleza de los fenómenos en forma de episteme o conocimiento científico.
El conocimiento científico pretende ofrecer una explicación de la realidad, describiendo, comprendiendo, predeciendo y controlando los fenómenos, e integrarlos en un cuerpo de conocimientos organizados y sistematizados sobre los diversos ámbitos de estudio que constituye la ciencia.
Por tanto y en aras del método científico, llegaremos a desarrollar brevemente los paradigmas científicos, centrándonos y desarrollando de largo la investigación cualitativa.
La investigación educativa tiene cabida en la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de Educación (LOE), modificada por la Ley 8/2013, de 9 de diciembre, para la Mejora de la Calidad Educativa (LOMCE), ya que dedica a la misma parte de su título preliminar y su título II, en este caso junto con la experimentación e innovación educativa

Based on a scientific research, we must stand out that this can give us a way to get to know about the nature of the phenomenain a kind of episteme or scientific knowledge.
The scientific knowledge has an aim to offer an explanation about, the reality, describing, comprehending, predicting and controlling the phenomena, and being able to integrate them into a body of organized and systemized knowledge in a number of study fields that constituted science.
Therefore and in the interest of the scientific method, we shall briefly develop scientific paradigms, focusing and developing long qualitative research.
The educational research can be highlighted in the Organic Law 2/2006 of May 3 rd , Education (LOE), amended by Law 8/2013, of 9 December, for the Improvement of Educational Quality (LOMCE) that is the reason why it shares the Title II, in this case with experimentation and educational innovation
