Resumen de Caracterização e contribuição das redes informacionais para o desenvolvimento dos arranjos produtivos locais no setor de confecções do agreste pernambucano

  The article makes an analysis of the contribution of the nets informational for the development of the Local Productive Arrangements (APLs) in the section of clothes of the agreste pernambucano.

  The methodology used in the study it based on referring secondary data to APLs of Toritama, Caruaru and Santa Cruz of Capibaribe, tends as main base of data a research accomplished by SEBRAE for economical characterization and I study of the image of the Pole of clothes of the agreste pernambucano. The analysis was accomplished with base in Borges (2004), that used the model proposed by Huberman and Miles (1991), to identify the different ones us existent in the net informational, classifying them as strong knot and weak knot through the established concepts for Granovetter (1985), in agreement with the works of Julien (2000). The results show that APLs of clothes of agreste pernambucano presents a net with a significant amount of us strong, however a less expressive amount of us weak. Like this, they were found several problems that interfere in the development of the Arrangements and that need a net informational more structured, especially in relation to the weak knots that they form the net, involving the institutions, associations, government organizations, among others.

  O artigo faz uma análise da contribuição das redes informacionais para o desenvolvimento dos Arranjos Produtivos Locais (APLs) no setor de Confecções do Agreste Pernambucano. A metodologia utilizada no estudo baseou-se em dados secundários referentes aos APLs de Toritama, Caruaru e Santa Cruz do Capibaribe, tendo como principal base de dados uma pesquisa realizada pelo SEBRAE para caracterização econômica e estudo da imagem do Pólo de Confecção do agreste pernambucano. A análise foi realizada com base no estudo de Borges Jr. (2004), que utilizou o modelo proposto por Huberman e Miles (1991), para identificar os diferentes nós existentes na rede informacional, classificando-os como nó forte e nó fraco através dos conceitos estabelecidos por Granovetter (1985), de acordo com os trabalhos de Julien (2000). Os resultados mostram que os APLs de confecções do agreste pernambucano apresentam uma rede com uma quantidade significativa de nós fortes, porém uma quantidade menos expressiva de nós fracos. Assim, foram encontrados diversos problemas que interferem no desenvolvimento dos Arranjos e que necessitam de uma rede informacional mais estruturada, especialmente em relação aos nós fracos que formam a rede, envolvendo as instituições, associações, organizações governamentais, entre outros.
