Resumen de La distribución sociolingüística del quesuismo en los textos medievales y clásicos: factores que propician su aparición

En este estudio se pretende dar cuenta de las diferencias sociolingüísticas en el uso del quesuismo en español medieval y clásico a través del análisis de los documentos incluidos encorpus como el CORDE, el CORDIAM y el CODEA; para ello, se han tenido en cuenta parámetros como el género discursivo, el nivel cultural del emisor o el sexo, así como la variación dialectal. Asimismo, el objetivo del trabajo es observar las diferencias existentes en el uso de la construcción que + su como alternativa a cuyo, presente en nuestra lengua desde el español medieval,y establecer cuáles son las condiciones de uso de esta estructura (características de los poseedores y los poseídos, funciones de la secuencia que su y naturaleza explicativa o especificativa de la oración relativa) y los factores que motivan su aparición en los distintos tipos de textos (tendencia analítica del español; complejidad y singularidad de cuyo por su doble valor relativo y posesivo; factores de carácter pragmático como la mayor transparencia, mayor cohesión o mejor focalización del poseedor; o la facilidad de los hablantes para recurrir a estructuras reduplicativas).

This study aims to account for sociolinguistic differences in the use of "quesuismo" in medieval and classical Spanish, through the analysis of documents included in corpus such as CORDE, CORDIAM and CODEA; To this end, parameters such as the discursive genre, the cultural level of the sender, the sex of the speaker, as well as the dialectal variation have been considered. Likewise, the objective of the paper is to observe the differences in the use of the construction "que + su" as an alternative to "cuyo", which is present in our language since medieval Spanish. It also intends to find out the conditions of use of this structure (paying attention to the grammatical features of the possessor and the possessed, the functions played by the sequence "que + su" and the defining or non-defining nature of the relative sentence), as well as the factors that motivate its appearance in different types of texts (e.g. analytic trend in Spanish, complexity and uniqueness of cuyoas a consequence of its double use as a relative or as a possessive pronoun; pragmatic factors such as a greater transparency and an increased cohesion, or a better focusing on the possessor, and the comfort of speakers to use reduplicative structures).
